This maps show the electoral dinamics of the 2022 presidential election in the city of Bogota. These maps allow us to understand the electoral class dynamics in the city  

This project seeks to recognize the knowledge and cultural practices of older people as part of the collective memory of the inhabitants of the Pañuelito, Delicias del Carmen, La Esperanza, Unicerros and Bellavista. The reason for this project is to provide a platform for community managers to express their traditions.

This project  focused on developing a model to understand how to predict food insecurity in NYC. It develops both a logistic regression and a tree model to address the following question “What best factors that are available to us to best predict the places where there is a significant amount of food insecurity individuals?”.

This project sought to address the issues of food insecurity and sovereignity in East Harlem. I argue that the 2017 East Harlem rezoning plan should be leveraged to propose site-specific and community-driven projects to develop joint- initiatives between the affordable housing sector and the community food systems, as a first step to achieve food sovereignty. This Report is an effort to examine what is happening rather than simply what is wrong in this community, revealing geographies of ethnic retails, environmental racism, self-reliance and collaboration that unfold within spatialized food inequities.

I was responsible of developing a comprehensive demographic analysis about Sunset Park and the families of UFSP. With this information, we codeveloped educational tools for the newly established organization UFSP to advocate for themselves as a group and for their organizing efforts.

I Conducted a mapping research to understand the vulnerability to food insecurity of communities in New York City. To develop the index I took four criteria, Economic, social and Infrastructure conditions. Data revealed that poot household devote a greater share of income to food spending than wealthier households.  

The second phase of United for Housing dwelled into developing and implementing a methodology to map potential buildings in Sunset Park and design possible cooperative housing development schemes involving building nonprofit and public partnerships.  

As a volunteer, I assisted in the participatory spaces and the participatory cartography for the co-development of the Census methodology and question structure.  I was also in charge of the structure and design of the outreach campaign.   

I developed an online methodology to recollect urban data through participatory cartographies to analyze Bogota's social mobilization process during 2019. I also created the cartography that will be used in this study, funded by the Rosa Luxemburgo Foundation 

As a representative of the Institute of Culture and  Heritage in the participatory spaces, I co-developed with the secretary of women, an urban exploratory methodology to gather information about the urban insecurity in the Historical Center of Bogota.  

As part of the participation group of the Institute for Culture and Heritage in Bogota, I co-wrote and co-developed the Institutional plan of participation of the institute and the process of participation for the special plan of management and protection of the historical center of Bogota 

I Conducted a mapping research to link urban noise, industry, and displacement. And made a proposal to explore a safe urban industry with the possibility of expanding access to education and housing in Ricaurte, Bogota
